Terms and Conditions
- The offer is valid on domestic hotel bookings made on www.makemytrip.com, m.makemytrip.com and MakeMyTrip Android and iOS App only.
- This offer is valid from 11th January 2016 00:00 hours to 31st January 2016 23:59 hours only.
- To avail the offer, customer must enter the deal code 'HOTELDEAL' in the Deal Code field.
- Eligible customers shall be entitled to an Instant Discount of 70% up to maximum of INR 2,100.
- The Cardholder needs to enter the appropriate Deal Code at the time of payment to be eligible for the cashback offer. In case the customer enters the incorrect deal code, he/she will not be eligible for the cashback.
- A State Bank of India credit card can be used twice for domestic hotel cashback offer during the offer period. If the same State Bank of India card is used for the 3rd time to make a domestic hotel booking, it will be considered as a separate card and shall be eligible only for the base offer and not the additional SBI Offer. Every add on card would be considered as a separate card.
- For payments made through State Bank of India credit cards, customer shall be entitled to an additional 20% cashback to card up to a maximum of INR 900.
- The offer is applicable on hotel check out made on or before 30th April'16.
- For SBI Offer, the cashback will be processed to the State Bank of India credit card by 21st February 2016.
- Cash back will be calculated on per Booking ID basis and on the amount paid using the State Bank of India credit card.
- Customer may opt to make partial payment through MyWallet or payback points.
- If the customer doesn’t receive the cash back amount, he/she can claim for the same within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the customer fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the cash back amount.
- The instant discount and cashback (if applicable) will be calculated on the base price excluding any Taxes.
- Offer is not valid for Pay at Hotel bookings.
- The offer is applicable on select hotels.
- This offer is on first come first serve basis and shall be subject to availability.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip.
- User Agreement and Privacy Policy of MakeMyTrip shall apply.
- Any disputes regarding these and/or products/services under the offer must be addressed by the Customers directly to MakeMyTrip on hotelservice@makemytrip.com.
- Offer is not valid on payments made through PayPal account and Cash on Delivery (COD).
- MakeMyTrip will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by the customer or the claim is not eligible under the offer.
- Cardholders, who are Travel Agents by occupation, are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
- In the event of partial or full cancellation of the booking, MakeMyTrip will refund the booking amount after deduction of applicable cancellation charges. If the Cardholder cancels the travel service purchase after the cashback amount is credited, MakeMyTrip will refund the purchase price after deducting the cashback amount and any other applicable cancellation charges/penalty. For example, if a Cardholder has paid INR 10,000 (after deduction of instant discount) for a travel service and a cashback of INR 1,000 has been credited to the Cardholder’s account, the net amount paid by the Cardholder is INR 9,000. Thus, if the Cardholder cancels the booking, MakeMyTrip will deduct the cancellation charge/penalty from INR 9,000 and the balance amount will be credited to the Cardholder's account.
- For any card related claims, the customer shall approach the Bank and MMT shall not entertain any such claims.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
- MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event.
- MakeMyTrip reserves the right to alter, modify or withdraw the offer anytime without prior notice or liability.
- Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
